Purchase Agreement / Health Guarantee
3C Kennels will guarantee the puppy to be in good health, to the best of their knowledge at the time of the sale. The buyer will have 48 hours to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an exam. If the veterinarian should find any medical or genetic problem with the puppy, the puppy will be exchanged for a puppy of equal value at once, or when next available. All travel or shipping cost are to be paid by the buyer, not 3C Kennels. Veterinarian documentation must be provided before the exchange will take place, and the puppy must be returned to 3C Kennels. Failure to take the puppy to the veterinarian within 48 hours will void all guarantees. 3C Kennels assumes no responsibility for medical bills incurred once the puppy leaves the premises.
If puppy develops crippling hip dysplasia at anytime from the point of purchase until two years of age, with confirmed x-rays taken by a competent licensed veterinarian, 3C Kennels will replace your puppy with one of equal value. We reserve the right to request that the x-rays be sent to a board certified veterinarian of our choice for review. We do not require that you return the puppy unless you want to. If you want to return the puppy, 3C Kennels is not responsible for any travel or shipping costs. This guarantee is null and void if the Penn-Hip procedure has been used at anytime during the life of the puppy. This guarantee is also null and void if x-rays are taken before 18 months of age, unless condition of puppy warrants it. Furthermore, no strenuous training, no strenuous activity, and no excessive use of stairs, etc.. Puppies are like babies, they can easily hurt or strain something. Any of these activities could cause hip dysplasia in you puppy and that will also void this guarantee. The AKC does NOT OFA certify dogs until two years of age. ONLY preliminary x-rays can be taken at 18 months of age.
3C Kennels will provide the puppies immunization and worming records upon departure of the kennel. Be aware that puppies have worms. It is a part of life. The puppy has been wormed every two weeks since they were two weeks of age. The buyer will be provided with the puppies AKC paperwork once 3C Kennels receives them. This process could take up to 3 months. Buyer understands that puppy is not guaranteed for show or breeding, and buyer has no obligation to 3C Kennels for show or breeding this puppy.
~DEPOSITS~
We reguire a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold a puppy. The remaining balance is due when your puppy is ready to go home at 6 weeks. Deposits allow us to assigh you a puppy and remove it from the available list.
If for any reason you are unable to take the reserved puppy, we will gladly roll your deposit over to another litter, or puppy that fits your needs when you are ready. However, if you decide not to take delivery of the pup the re-stock fee still applies as non-refundable depsoit.
Please keep in mind that there is a remote possibility as assighed puppy may not be able to leave our facility. This might happen due to sudden illness, or other reasons. if this should occur we will transfer your deposit over to the next available puppy, or breeding of your choice.
If we are shipping your puppy out to you, we will need puppy and shipping paid in full 7 days before they leave our facility.
We have great success in shipping our puppies. The price of shipping is not included in the price of the puppy. 3C Kennels makes all shipping arrangements for you. Also included with shipping is veterinarian exam and state health certificate. You will be notified a couple days in advance of flight information. 3C Kennels will never ship a puppy without a verbal phone call making sure that the buyer understands everything about when and where to pick up there new puppy.

~Transporting fee: 35 cents per mile, round trip ( up to 200 miles )
~Boarding your puppy after it's ready to go home will cost $35.00 dollars a week, every week until pick-up of your puppy.
That is $5.00 dollars a day for general care.
These fee's will apply to all customers, unless other
arrangments have been made before hand.
